It’s Okay to Be Angry!

I don’t think this is well understood or talked about enough. It’s okay to be angry. – It’s just not okay to hurt yourself or others, just because you’re angry, even if that anger is justified or valid. Not enough adults seem to make this distinction when discussing why some forms are negative or harmful. It’s not the anger that is negative. It’s what actions you choose to take that can be and how you end up choosing to use that energy behind it. Go ahead, have a yell, express the anger, find healthy ways to vent out – just try not to go burn down everything around you or yourself while you do.
