Just wanted to share a quick positive! I’ve been working really hard to lose the weight I’ve put on over the years, and, to work on bettering my health. Well, I recently reached one my milestone goals! – I’m just under 200 lbs, at 198lbs now. pretty ecstatic, !!
bear in mind – this is also down from when I was at my heaviest (think January – to Mid 2015) – back then I weighed 495 lbs at my worst. so this is good progress for me.
