There’s nothing inherently wrong with wanting to be positive, unless you refuse to acknowledge that what is negative is not all inherently bad either, as it gives us room to change and to grow. – To counter our existing notions and ideals and challenge what feels wrong to make it right once more. It’s okay to want to be more positive, especially when everything is feeling bad or like out of sorts, or even when you’re needing more than just a boost. It’s okay to need to dwell in this. To let yourself be the happy you wish you had before. But also acknowledge that might not be right now for others, and that’s okay too.
